 Products problem:

The faulty products can be returned to us by confirm the obvious quality defects as follows: Stain, Zipper malfunction, Ripping, Poor quality, Color difference, Picture as shown has huge difference with receiving. If you have above problems, please contact us immediately. Support center.

Please ship the package to the designated address given from the after sales. Customers have to cover the return shipping fee for package return. We will proceed to full refund as long as receiving the returning package. It is fully appreciated for customer provide of related tracking information.

Out of stock:

Some items may out of stock or insufficient of material during the product processing period. Our customer service will contact you and giving solution or notification for that situation. Customers could ask for Full Refund (Item fare and shipping fee) in the event of no receiving e-mail of notification.

Size:

For the dispute free size deviation, please take some pictures on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the different part and submit the pictures to after sales. We will reply your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please find the following criteria for RMA originated by size deviation in different processing mode: Custom: Deviation on the original size for over 2CM;None Custom: Deviation on the original size for over 3CM.Please ship the package to the designated address given from the after sales. In delay of shipment:

Please be kind understanding for us is unable of control the international shipment after the package been dispatching from the sorting center. For order was delayed due to the international shipment in whereof the package was shipped under normal processing period, We shall offer refund on the shipping fee.
